Perforations in the footbed allow water and sand to flow through and be pumped out of side ports as you walk, allowing cooling air to flow underfoot. There are two main types of footbeds. One has a bubble texture which massage your feet as you walk. The other footbed is smooth and contoured. It provides comfort and support for your toes, arch, and heel. The contoured style is recommended for those who need arch support.
